Tracy Ray Hammock, 32 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life on Sunday, February 7, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Tracy was born Wednesday, May 4, 1988, in Nashville, Tennessee, and he was the son of Donnie Ray Hammock and Kathy Marie (Holloway) Hammock.
Tracy was a loving son, husband, and friend. He had a big personality, was a social butterfly, and loved everyone. Tracy looked forward to going to the Outer Banks, North Carolina beach each year. He was loved by all that knew him and he will be greatly missed.
Tracy is survived by, Wife Resa (Farris) Hammock; Parents, Donnie and Kathy Hammock; Beloved Dog, Daisy; A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, and special friends.
Private Graveside Service for Tracy Ray Hammock will be held Friday, February 12, 2021, at Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
