Ray H. Benson, 89, of Villa Hills, died at 2:13 a.m. Monday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence.
He was a retired salesman with Kentucky Motors and Square D Corp., Florence.
He was a member of Fort Mitchell Baptist Church, Colonel Clay Masonic Lodge No. 159 F&AM in Covington and Simon Kenton American Legion Post No. 20. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
A daughter, Vicki Rae Benson, died in 1957.
Survivors include his wife, Mabel Rankin Benson; daughters, Rebecca Benson of Cincinnati and Rita Brady of Covington; a sister, Christine Pollitt of Philadelphia; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.
