DAYTONA BEACH - Ella Mae Bayless, 91, Wilder Boulevard, a resident since 1945, died Friday at a local nursing home.
Mrs. Bayless was born in New Smyrna Beach and moved here from there in 1945. She was a sales clerk until she retired in 1965. She was a member of Beville Road Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Leon, St. Louis; two daughters, Jewel Pruett, Daytona Beach, and Alberta Thomas, DeLand; a sister, Gertrude Stanley,Hendersonville, N.C.; eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren. The family suggests donations be made to the Christian Home and Bible School, P. O. 1017, Mount Dora 32757. Bellevue-Cedar Hill is in charge.
