Linda was raised in Mt. Rainier, MD and was a 1967 graduate of Northwestern High School in Prince Georges County, MD. After moving to Calvert Co, MD, she drove the school bus for Spencer Sewell before opening Precious Cargo Daycare, which she operated for ten years before moving to Greenville in 2003. She loved her grandchildren, Meagan and Patrick, and her darling "babies," Dusty and Joe.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl Terry and Jeannette Hanson of MD; brothers, Carl Hanson, Sr. of Greenville and William Hanson, Sr. of MD; and nephews, Michael Hanson of NC and Joseph Hanson of MD.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Jimmy Armiger; son, Patrick Ryan of Greenville; grandchildren, Meagan Ryan and Patrick Ryan, III, both of Lusby, MD; sister, Gerrie Moore and husband, Paul and her children, Jeremiah and August "Fats" Hubbard, Jr., all of Fairfield, PA; sister-in-law, Sara Sutton Hanson of Greenville and her children, Carl Hanson, Jr. of MD and William Hanson of NC; sister-in-law, Betty Hanson and her children, William, Nina, Rose, and Marie Hanson, all of MD; Shelby and Angela Stevens, both of MD; and caregiver and "adopted daughter," Dawn Jacobie of Greenville.
