Obituary for Elmer Robert "Al" Bohn
Elmer Robert "Al" Bohn
Elmer Robert Bohn "Al", longtime resident of Roseville, died peacefully surrounded by the love of his family. He was 83 years of age.

Al was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 19, 1934, son of the late John and Agnes (Miller) Bohn. He was united in marriage to his beautiful wife, Charlene Marie Champine, on April 18, 1953 in St. Paul Catholic Church of Grosse Pointe Farms. The couple made their home in Roseville and their union was blessed with seven beautiful children of whom they loved and cherished. Al always provided for his family and worked over 30 years for I X L Auto Trim of Grosse Pointe, retiring in 2003. He was a car enthusiast who always had a helping hand. Al had a wonderful sense of humor and always had great advice to give. We are truly grateful for our strong Patriarch, Al, who taught us to be more giving, understanding and loving by the life he led. He will be deeply missed and his light will continue to glow in our hearts forever.
