Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Mount Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. James L. Collins, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Warford-Walker Mortuary, 509 N. Hughes St.
Mrs. Wells was born Nov. 2, 1961, in Amarillo to J.C. and Alzia Dean Smith. She graduated from Palo Duro High School in 1979. She was employed at BSA Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Survivors include her husband, Perry D. Wells; two daughters, Marie E. Wesley and Dolonda R. Wells, both of Amarillo; her mother of Amarillo; two sisters, Antia Bolton and Marian White, both of Amarillo; three grandchildren, Alizay, Jerimiah and Micah Wesley, all of Amarillo; her father- and mother-in-law, Perry and Brenda Edwards of Amarillo; her grandparents, Lillie Belle Smith, Paul Smith and Ruth Collins, all of Amarillo; and a number of nephews, nieces and other relatives.
