Martha was a native of Etowah County, Alabama and a longtime resident of California. She had resided in Cherokee County, Alabama since 1994. At the age of 16, Martha worked for the sisters at the Holy Name of Jesus Hospital. She moved to California and worked for Hi-Shear Corporation for 24 years, a job she was very proud of. She enjoyed watching Alabama football and spending time with her family. Martha is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Charles Williams; parents, Thomas and Pauline Bryant; sisters, Virginia, Glenda, and Nelly Faye; brothers, Charles, Billy, Larry, Randall Gene, and Moe; and grandson Airian Justice.
