Wayne Schwarzenberger Keys, age 84, passed away on February 11, 2021 in Sandy, Utah. He was born on July 1, 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Roy John Schwarzenberger Keys and Sarah Glenice Brockbank Keys. He married Kris Abel Keys on April 7, 1988.

In his younger years he enjoyed skiing and playing the trumpet, however not usually at the same time. He loved to drive, read, and travel. For more than 25 years he was a professional photographer. Every year, for over 27 years, he looked forward to the holiday season. Being Santa warmed hearts and brought smiles to countless families, neighborhoods, and parties. He loved helping and assisting others in any way he could. He drove a bus for UTA for those with disabilities for 10 years. For years the missionaries serving in the area could always call on him for help. Wayne was always one you could count on whether you were family, friend, or stranger.

He is survived by his wife; Kris, brother; Trent, sister; Shirley (Norman), sons; Kevin (Kendra), Thomas (Kris), and Andrew (Ann), daughter in-law; Kris Valero, daughters; Whitney (Michael) and Lindsay, 22 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife; D’Anne, and eldest son; Richard.
