MRS. SCOGGINS - LEESVILLE, LA. - Mrs. Eunice Kay Scoggins, 91, lifelong resident of Leesville, died at 6:45pm, Thursday, at the Pine Haven Rest Home near Rosepine.
Rev. Jim Fountain and Rev. Arthur Hayman, pastor, were to conduct funeral services at 2pm today at the Pine Hill Baptist church east of Leesville. Burial under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Leesville, was in Plunkaway Cemetery near Burr Ferry.
Mrs. Scoggins is survived by two sons, H.Y. Scoggins of Rosepine and Wisdom Scoggins of Conroe, Texas; two daughters, Mrs. Alex Roberts of Leesville and Mrs. Clemmie Denton of Orlando, Fla.; 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
