"Maggie S. Fritz, 94, of 1243 McArthur Blvd, Kenhorst, Berks County, died Saturday afternoon at home following a long illness. Born in Warwick Township, she was the daughter of the late John and Rebecca Ann Shimp Althouse, and the wife of the late Morris D. Fritz, who died in 1989. She was a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ, Shillington, Berks County, the Order of the Eastern Star Golden Rule Chapter 309, West Reading, and the Kenhorst Fire Company Auxiliary. In her earlier years, she worked at the former Farly Silk Mill, Shillington. She is survived by four sons, Elmer R., Lititz, Ralph O., Laureldale, Berks County, Wilbur M., Ephrata, and Marvin R., Columbus, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren."
