Tony Spicer, age 63, of Lakeland, FL died of a heart attack on Tuesday, January 4, 2005 at Celebration Hospital. He was born in Ft. Smith, AR on July 21, 1941 and came to Lakeland from North Olmstead, OH two months ago. He was a retired meteorologist for the National Weather Services. He was a member of the Franklin Masonic Lodge in Cleveland. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War and received the Purple Heart. He retired from the Air Force.

Mr. Spicer is survived by his wife, Joyce Spicer, Lakeland; sons, Mark Spicer, Belleville, IL; Grant Spicer, Toledo, OH; daughter, Kimmie Spicer, Toledo, OH; brother, Tom Spicer, Ozark, AR; sister, Janice Spicer, Wichita, KS; and 8 grandchildren.

A gathering of friends will be from 2-2:30 p.m. Saturday at Gentry-Morrison Beacon Hill Chapel. Mason memorial services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.
