A curious case has been brought in the Courts here by Mrs. Nora Jenner, the sister-in-law of Sir Walter Jenner. She is suing her first husband, Mr. O'Neill Murphy, a millionaire, of California, from whom she obtained divorce in 1894, for unpaid alimony amounting to £6000. Mrs. Jenner alleges that the alimony was unpaid for ten years, and she brings further charges against Mr. Murphy of conspiracy to defraud her through the transference of property to his brother. Mrs. Jenner, who is the youngest daughter of the late Field-Marshal Sir Donald Stewart, married in 1899 Mr. Leopold Jenner. - Daily Chronicle
