Left to cherish her memory are: a daughter, Lara Todd Deaton, and her husband, George Edwin Mittelholzer; and many cherished friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Clarke Deaton.
There will be a celebration of life service at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, March 7, in the chapel of Woodstock Funeral Home, 8855 Main Street, Woodstock, Georgia. For those unable to attend the service, it will be live streamed on the Woodstock Funeral Home Facebook page at facebook.com/134563673261373. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Following the service, there will be a reception and time of fellowship. In honor of Patty’s vibrant personality, Lara asks that, instead of wearing black, you wear your favorite color. In lieu of flowers, please send a donation in Patty’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org or the Humane Society of Atlanta at atlantahumane.org/#gsc.tab=0.
