He is survived by his wife, Lynnette of St. George, UT; his daughter, Lark (John) Crumpler; and granddaughter, Callie Drisana, both of Long Beach, CA; his mother, Kathy Kirley; and a sister, Vikki Miller, both of St. George, UT. He is preceded in death by his father, Russell Miller and his grandparents, Benjamin and Carmen Bory of Reche Canyon, Colton, CA.
