Mrs. Andrew Allain, 84, Marshfield, died of a cerebral hemorrhage Wednesday evening at 6:45 o'clock in the Wood County Hospital at Marshfield, where she had been a patient the past year.
Funeral services will be tomorrow at 9 o'clock at St. John's Catholic Church in Marshfield. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. A.N. Schuh will officiate. The body is at the Rembs Funeral Home in that city and burial will be in the Marshfield Cemetery.
Anna Hoffman was born in Calumet County Sept 8, 1872, and had lived in Stratford prior to moving to Marshfield in 1919. She married Mr. Allain in Spencer, October 22, 1899. He died June 23, 1953. After his death she made her home with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George Welk, Marshfield.
Surviving are two sons and three daughters, Ed Allain, Mrs. William Petrose and Mrs. Joseph Cournoyer, South Milwaukee, Leo Allain, Bremerwood, Md. and Mrs. Welk; a brother, Joseph Hoffman, Milwaukee, and 16 grandchildren.
