Man Uncertain If It Was Auto That Hit or Horse That Kicked
Timothy Gleason, 78 years old, carpenter, has not explained to General Hospital attendants how he incurred a fractured left leg and a head Injury yesterday. He was found near the state highway near Upland by Ralph Brown of Los Angeles, rushed to the San Antonio Community Hospital In Upland and later transferred to the General Hospital. The patient told Upland authorities an incoherent story. He said he had been injured by a 'hit and run' motorist. Later he altered the story and said a horse kicked him. Gleason was born at Elkader.
