Lelia M. Sanders, 86, died Thursday, May 1, 1997 at the James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital. Born October 6, 1910 in Anderson County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Milton and Laura Belle Stratton Kays. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and worked at Haggin Memorial Hospital for 35 years. Survivors include: two daughters, Betty Jo DeLaRosa, Louisville, Mary Levandowski, Harrodsburg; one son, Danny Sanders, Harrodsburg; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Services for Mrs. Sanders were held Saturday, May 3, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with Rev. James Harley officiating. Burial was in Spring Hill Cemetery.
