Rose Marie Jones, 80, of Westminster, MD, formerly of Palmer Township, PA, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at her home.
Born March 16, 1941, in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was a daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Bedo) Nemeth.
She and her husband, Marlin L. Jones, celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary on March 20, 2020.
Rose graduated from Phillipsburg High School in 1958 and retired from Gracedale in 2000.
Rose enjoyed spending time with family, watching baseball and classic movies, and playing cards and games.
She was a practicing Christian.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Marlin; their sons, Jeff Jones and his wife Michelle, of Westminster, MD, and Todd Jones and his wife April, of Sykesville, MD; and their beloved grandchildren, Ben Jones, and Emma and Riley McWilliams.
She was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph and Steven, and five sisters, Anna, Elizabeth, Mary, Helen and Irene.
Private graveside services will be held in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Township. Arrangements are by the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson Borough.
