Passed Away at Home at 301 Addie Street
This Morning After a Brief Illness

A. P. [sic: A. B.] Hubbard
, for the past year a resident of Lead, died this morning at his home at 301 Addie street as a result of an attack of pneumonia. The deceased was a man past fifty years of age and came to this city from Galena, Kan., being employed in the Homestake mine.

The deceased leaves a wife and several children. The remains are being cared for at the S. R. Smith undertaking parlors and will be shipped to his former home at Galena, Kan., for interment, although arrangements for the funeral have not been completed.

Ab Hubbard, well known in Galena, died in Lead, South Dakota this morning according to a wire received by Fred Smith. The body will be shipped to Galena for burial. Further funeral arrangements have not yet been made.

B.] Hubbard, who passed away the fore part of the week as a result of pneumonia, was shipped this afternoon over the Burlington to his former home at Galena, Kansas, for interment. The deceased was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America, at Galena, Kansas, and honors were shown the remains by members of Camp No. 1217, of this city.

HUBBARD FUNERAL TOMORROW
The funeral of A. B. Hubbard, whose body arrived from Lead. S. D., will be held from the Presbyterian church at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.

Albert Barnes Hubbard was born February 23, 1857, died February 14, 1911.

He is survived by a widow [Amanda Sophia] and seven children: four daughters, Mrs. Mabel Craig and Misses Clara, Edith and Addie; three sons, James B. of Portland. Ore., Albert H. of Kansas City and Charles. He has four sisters and one brother.

Mrs. Hubbard and three of the children accompanied the body to Galena.

The Galena lodge of Modern Woodmen yesterday received a telegram announcing the death of Ab Hubbard, formerly of this place, at Lead, S. D., yesterday morning. The telegram also conveyed the information that the body would be brought to Galena for interment. Funeral arrangements will be perfected upon the arrival of the body here.
