Joann Kohr Porter, 74, of Shepherdstown, W. Va., died Feb. 27 in Reeders Memorial Hospital, Boonsboro, Md. She was the wife of the late Steven S. Porter.
A graduate of Allentown Business School, she was a financial officer for The Conservation Fund, Rossly, Va., before retiring.
Born in Collingswood, N. J. she was the daughter of the late Raymond K. and Bertha (Mitterlehner) Kohr.
She was Catholic.
Survivors: Stepdaughter, Jaclyn P. Doane of Rockville, Md.; a step grandchild; a nephew.
