Clovis Hollie Publicover, 48, of West Dover, Halifax County, died Saturday in Victoria General Hospital, Halifax. Born in West Dover, he was a son of the late Edmund and Caroline (Smeltzer) Publicover. He was employed with Oland Brewery for over 20 years. He is survived by his wife, the former Audrey Moreash; two sons, Foster and Phillip, West Dover; two daughters, Mable, Five Islands Lake, and Carol, West Dover; two brothers, Harry, Timberlea, and Spencer, Terence Bay; a sister, Goldie (Mrs. Rodney Boutilier), Indian Harbour, and three grandchildren.
