Son of Luther Jerry and Frances Rebecca (Ogle) Terrell. He was married April 23, 1957 to Mildred Barge in Chico, TX. He served in the U.S. Army, and retired from TXDOT after 28 years in road construction. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lisa Terrell; brothers, Odom, Billy and twin brother, Jimmy; and sisters, Mary Frances Meek and Dorothy Dean Terrell. He is survived by his wife of over 63 years, Mildred “Sis” Terrell of Decatur; son, Tim Terrell and wife, Rayanna of Decatur; grandsons, Tanner and Jackson Terrell of Decatur; and sister-in-law, Faye Terrell of Burleson.
