Lynne Belle (Moore) Robinson, age 72, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Community Hospital North. She was born in Oak Park, Illinois on June 17, 1948 to Byron E. and Beatrice (Lake-Evans) Moore. She graduated from Cascade High School in 1966. Lynne married Mikel Robinson on August 31, 1968 in Clayton, IN.

A member of Job's Daughters during her youth, Lynne discovered the world of Indianapolis community theater in 1984 and contributed as lighting operator, costume assistant, stage manager, and producer for many productions at both Footlite Musicals and Buck Creek Players over the past 37 years. She also contributed heavily as a member of the Board of Directors for both organizations. When she wasn't working on a theater production, she loved "antique-ing," and being a wife and mother.

Lynne is survived by her loving husband, Mikel "Mike" Robinson of Cumberland; sons, Matthew "Clay" (Sandra) Robinson of Crawfordsville and David "Scott" (Ross Nygaard) Robinson of Indianapolis; granddaughter, Lyndsay; and great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Nora. She was preceded in death by her parents, Byron and Beatrice Moore; and a brother and sister.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2021, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 2, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the mortuary. Michael Davis will be officiating. A private family graveside will follow at Brick Chapel Cemetery in Putnam County.
