Patricia Ann Bell, 75, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at her residence. She graduated from Saint Francis Catholic School.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alex Culpepper; mother, Naomi Brooks; and sister, Alma Jean Dickens.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Lance Corporal Emmett Bell, Jr.; sons, Ronnie Brooks and Pernell Tony Bell, both of Chattanooga; daughters, Cathy (Melvin) Brooks-Moore of Peachtree City, GA and Romona Goines of Chattanooga; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; extended grand and great-grandchildren; nieces, Shawnya Dickens Simmons and Kathleen Sedgwick, both of Hampton, VA; brother-in-law, Leonard Dickens of Newport News, VA; a host of other relatives and friends.
Patricia will lie in state on Thursday, April 8, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the family service to follow at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel with Pastor Ronald Cook, Sr. as the eulogist.
Burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
