Josefina Aceves, 76, of Soledad, passed away on April 1, 2021 at Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital.
Visitation starts at 10 am on Friday April 9 at Our Lady of Solitude Catholic Church, with the Rosary beginning at 10 am, and mass at 10:30 am.
Mrs. Aceves-Arias was born on September 7, 1944 in Jalisco, Mexico and was the daughter of Guadalupe Arias and Lorenza Galindo. She enjoyed gardening and knitting as well as spending time with her family and friends.
She leaves behind her husband, Juan Aceves, of 58 years, six daughters: Sylvia, Anna, Adelaida, Norma, Irma, Maria and her only son, Everardo Aceves, 25 grandchildren and 5 great grand-children.
She was preceded in death by her mother Lorenza Galindo, her father Guadalupe Arias, and her brother Miguel Arias.
