He was born Monday, December 15, 1930 in Butler, PA. He was the son of the late Earl Leroy Cuffman and the late Julia (Doctor) Cuffman.
He was a graduate of Butler High School in 1949 where he played football & ran track. He started working at Armco in 1951 in the shipping dept. and retired as a general foreman. He was president of Butler Armco Management Club from 1980-81 and a member of Armco Golf League. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was a veteran of US Army having served during Korean War. He was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Norma Jean (Allen) Cuffman, whom he married February 16, 1953; two sons and their wives, Donald & Joanne Cuffman Jr. of Meridian and Daniel & Lollie Cuffman of Meridian; 1 daughter, Pamela Schmidt of Upper St. Clair; 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; and a brother, Earl Cuffman Jr. of Butler.
He was preceded in death by parents.
