Bertha Patsy Holbrook, 52, of 609 Fair avenue, died yesterday at a local hospital following a long illness.

Mrs. Holbrook came to Santa Cruz about 15 years ago from Arizona. She is survived by her husband, Virgil; a son, Albert; a grandson, Lee Holbrook; and her father, Alonzo Hooper, all of Santa Cruz.

Services will be conducted at White's chapel at 138 Walnut avenue Wednesday morning at 10:30 o'clock.
