Elaine Fuller, of Mora, formerly of St. Paul, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at her home. She was 81 years old.
FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Mora.
VISITATION will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
MEMORIALS are preferred to a charity of your choice in Elaine's memory.
Elaine Ann Peters Jungmann Fuller, of Mora, formerly of St. Paul, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. She was 81 years old.
Elaine was born on April 17, 1940 in St. Paul, Minnesota. Elaine was united in marriage to Robert Fuller on September 14, 1963 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in St Paul. She was a long time resident of St. Paul where over the years she worked at Northland Insurance, the Pioneer Press, the IRS, before finally retiring as a clerk with the Maplewood Police Department.
Elaine and Robert retired to their cabin near Mora where Elaine loved to putter around her gardens and simply enjoy the outdoors. She had a lifelong love of learning and always enjoyed planning her next vacation. She enjoyed playing the piano, teaching herself guitar, completing the Sunday crossword in ink, watching Jeopardy, cooking, and square dancing. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Peters, Catherine Jungmann, and William (Catherine) Jungmann; son David Fuller; brothers, Bernard Peters and George Peters; sister Dolores (Ed) Luby; mother and father-in-law Tim and Grace Fuller.
She is survived by her loving husband Robert; children, Paul (Deb), Anne (John) Toomey, and Brian (Amy); daughter-in-law Kathy Fuller; grandchildren, Timothy, Jordyn, John, Brandon, and Breanna; sisters and brothers-in-law, Delrose Peters, Barbara Peters, Tom (Carole) Fuller, and Kathy (Jeff) Nielsen; many other relatives and friends.
