Earl F. Rigsby, age 68, of Carpentersville passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin. Earl was born in Elgin on October 26, 1952 and was the son of the late Allen G. & Eleanor M. (nee Foerster) Rigsby. On November 6, 1982 he married his best friend and the love of his life; Virginia "Ginny" Novatka. Earl was a resident of the area for a majority of his life. Prior to retirement, he worked as a truck driver. Survivors include his beloved wife of almost 39 years; Ginny. Their children; Amanda (Fiance' Anthony "Tony" Gaylor) Rigsby and Earl Anthony Rigsby. Other survivors include his brothers; Edward (Holly) and George (Ellen) Rigsby, his sisters; Antoinette "Toni" Hager and Nancy (L.D. Jones) Rigsby. His cousins; Mark (Michael), Pamela and Wayne (Kara) Rogalski along with many good friends. In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by his cousin; Joseph Foerster. Visitation will be held at Miller Funeral Home on Thursday, April 15, 2021 from 4-8 P.M. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Dundee Township East Cemetery.
