Albert Charles Becken, Jr. 73, of 3442 E. Hawthorne, passed away May 5, 1972 at home.
He is survived by his son, Charles W. Becken, Wilmette, Illinois and son Albert Charles Becken III, San Antonio, Texas; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at the Catalina United Methodist Church with the Reverend Roland Brammeier officiating.
Mr. Becken was a graduate of the University of Illinois, past president of the National Jewelers Association, past president of the Chicago Jewelers Association, past president of the Golden Roosters Jewelers Association, a member of the Medina Shrine Temple of Chicago and a member of the Glencoe United Methodist Church of Chicago for 35 years before transferring membership to Tucson's Catalina United Methodist Church a few months ago.
