"Minnie" was survived by her husband of 54 years, Larry Whittington; her daughter, Kelly Goode; son-in-law, Jody; grandchildren, Seth, Zach, Matt, Amanda, Dillon, and Erica; and 7 great grand children. Also left behind 3 Sisters and 1 Brother.
Minnie was originally from Edinburg, TX, but moved to Virginia 58 years ago to attend beauty school and marry the love of her life. Minnie was known for her contagious laughter, fine Mexican cooking, and for loving her family deeply.
A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Washington Memorial Park.
