Thomas Piotrowski, 77, of Cheboygan, died on Monday, April 12, 2021 at his home. Thomas was born in Mt. Clemens on December 30, 1943, the son of Joseph and Myrtle (Anderson) Piotrowski. On September 8, 1964, Thomas married Dorothy Duerr in Santa Ana, California who blessed him with 56 wonderful years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and classic cars. In his younger years, Thomas like surfing in California. He loved the roar of a v-8 and spending time with his family. His family was his world. He coached at the Cheboygan Boxing Association and Little League Baseball. Thomas owned Great Lakes Masonry with is sons for 25 years.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Dorothy, daughter, Tammy Piotrowski, sons, Jim and Jesse (Holly) Piotrowski, grandchildren, Jillian, Autumn, and J.J. Piotrowski, his special niece, Dawn (Mike) Laway and their children, Jenna and Michael, sisters, Joanne (Gary) Krause and Nancy (Jim) Jacques, sister-in-law, Ruth Kozak, brothers-in-law Bill (Lynda) Duerr and Kerry (Cathy) Duerr, and many more family members who shared a special place in his heart. Thomas is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Betty Frantz.
