"E. Estella Prescott, 97, of ManorCare Health Services, 320 S. Market St., Elizabethtown, died there Sunday after a brief illness. A teacher in Red Run for several years, she had attended the former Millersville Normal School. She was a member of Bainbridge Church of God, where she sang in the choir and worked with the Willing Workers Sunday school class and the missionary society. She enjoyed gardening and painting. Born in New Germantown, she was the daughter of the late Orie C. and Arabella Johns Smith. Her husband, Walter J. Prescott, died in 1985. Surviving are three daughters, Dorothy P., wife of James Kuntzelman of Elizabethtown, Joyce M., wife of Glenn Miller of Heath, Ohio, and Nancy A., wife of Kenneth Kauffman of Bainbridge; two sons, Roy E., husband of Gain Prescott of Camp Hill, and Richard W., husband of Jean Prescott of Bainbridge; 21 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren."
