Mrs. Louise Kuldell Dies; Widow of Retired Pastor
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. for Mrs. Louise Emmord Kuldell, 86, widow of the Rev. Dr. A.R. Kuldell, a Lutheran poastor at Pittsburgh, Pa., and Aberdeen, Md., and a Bible teacher here after his retirement. She died Saturday at her home, 3615 Davis street, N.W.
Services will be at her home and will be conducted by the Rev. Dr. Oscar Blackwelder, pastor of Reformation Lutheran Church here, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Kuldell was a native of Magnolia, Harford County, Md. She came here from Aberdeen 26 years ago. Dr. Kuldell whom she married 67 years ago, died in 1938.
Surviving Mrs. Kuldell are five sons, Simen L. Kuldell, 2215 Wisconsin avenue N.W.; Brig. Gen. R.C. Kuldell, Houston, Tex., and Emil E., Carl F. and Oscar F. Kuldell all of the Davis street address. She also is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Elsie Rogers of Baltimore, 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
