Sharon Arlene Derr, 79, of Osseo, passed away Monday, April 19, 2021 at her home. She was born April 15, 1942 in North Adams to Raymond and Lavola (Pierman) Delaney.
Sharon was a proud homemaker who enjoyed baking, taking picnic trips to Baw Beese Lake, hosting Sunday family dinners and family reunions. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Sharon also enjoyed reading and taking trips to the Mackinaw Bridge and Florida.
Survivors include four children, Sherrie (Joseph) D'Angelo of Bristol, Tennessee, Marta (Vernon Smith) Mohr of Galveston, Texas, Denny Derr of Osseo, and Darrell Derr of Hillsdale; two daughters-in-law, Dianna Derr of Osseo, and Betty Derr of Elizabethton, Tennessee; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, and one brother, Larry Delaney of Osseo.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands Dean Derr and Dale Derr Sr; four sons, Kevin O'Haver, Kurt Derr, Robert Derr, and Dale Derr III; two great-grandsons, Braxton Lee Smith, and Shawn Sloan and two brothers, Ronald and Donald Delaney.
