Elma was born into this world 40 minutes after her twin sister Thelma to Alma and Violet Ashford on Nov. 20, 1932. She passed away on Oct. 28, 2007 at St. Marks Hospital in East Millcreek. Elma married Thomas Lang and to this union three children were born. They were later divorced and he preceded her in death.



Elma is survived by her mother Violet, her children, Randall (Tammy) Lang, Rob (Alana) Lang and Debbie Ezell, her sister Thelma Stephensen, her brother Charles Ashford, six grandchildren and six great-grand-children. She was also proceded in death by her infant brother Melvin and her father, Alma Ashford. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Marks Hospital, especially her nurse Brooke.



Funeral Services will be Friday, Nov. 2, 2007 at 12:00 noon at Lake Hills Memorial Chapel, 10055 South State Street, Sandy, Utah. Friends and family may visit one hour prior to service.
Interment will be at Sandy City Cemetery, 9000 S. 700 E..
