Michael D. Craig, age 70, of Belton, Missouri, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.

A visitation will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Cullen Funeral Home, 612 W. Foxwood Dr. Raymore, Missouri 64083. A Rosary will be held following visitation at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Coronation of Our Lady Parish, 13000 Bennington Ave., Grandview, Missouri 64030 followed by burial at Peculiar Cemetery in Peculiar, Missouri.

Michael was born in Sedalia, Missouri on October 13, 1950 to Homer D. Craig and Edna Margaret (Staus) Craig. Soon after graduating high school Michael was joined in marriage with his late wife, Geraldine on August 30, 1969. Together they shared over forty-nine years of marriage. They were blessed with two children. In life Michael loved spending time with his family, vacationing, and camping in their RV as well as spending time with his dogs Benji, Charlie, and Harley Ray. He was a man of Catholic faith and was a member at Coronation of Our Lady Parish in Grandview.

Michael was preceded in death by his loving wife Geraldine Craig; parents, Homer and Edna Craig; and brother Steve Craig.

He is survived by his two children, Michael B. Craig and Karen Stanley; nine siblings, Larry Craig (Liz), Bob Craig, Wayne Craig, Tom Craig, Mary Wissman (Mike), Anna Young (Greg), Tim Craig (Shelly), John Craig (Barb), and Chris Craig (Mary); and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Lumicare-Kansas City, Missouri 220 NW R.D. Mize Rd. Suite 101 Blue Springs, Missouri 64014.
