On Friday April 23,2021 Linda J (Sawyer) Hicks a loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 73. Linda was born September 21, 1947 to William (Bill) & Lela Sawyer in Winfield Kansas.
She was married to Delbert Davis and had 4 children. On April 14, 1989 she married John Hicks and became a mother to Jesse Hicks. John and Linda made their home and memories in Oklahoma, her passions included reading, playing games, cooking and loved everything that involved being in the sunshine. She even had her own swimming pool and would read while lying in pool getting a tan.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents Bill and Lela Sawyer, brothers Richard and Jim. She is survived by her husband John Hicks of 32 years, her children Tonya Mayes (Bob), Bonnie Graham (Steve), Raymond Davis (Amy), Joshua Davis and girlfriend Ashely Robertson, Jesse Hicks (Kayla). She had 13 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren with another due in June, her brother Gene Sawyer and sister Dee Ledy, in-laws Jeannie Wells and Susan Francisco, a lot of nieces, nephews and cousins.
