Born in Hartland, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Ellen (Esta-
brooks) Waters. She was predeceased by her husband, Reeves R. Cass She
was a retired music teacher, having taught schools at CFB Chatham and
CFB St. Margarets.
She was a charter member of the Bible Baptist Church on Loggieville Road
in Chatham and was a member and past matron of Prince Charles Chapter
Number 27 Order of the Eastern Star.
During the last several years she has spent much of her time in Florida,
where she became ill.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Wishart MacLean (Edith), of Saint
John, and Mrs. Mary Ellen Kozak, of Hopkinton, Mass.; one son, Sherwill, of
Hopkinton, Mass.; one sister, Mrs. Lloyd MacMullin (Marjorie), of Fredericton;
one brother, George Waters of Houston, Tex., three grandchildren, several nieces
and nephews.
