Services for Barry L. Ackerman, 59, of La Mesa, were yesterday in Cypress View Mortuary. Entombment was in Cypress View Mausoleum. He died Wednesday at his home.
Mr. Ackerman was born in Colorado, lived in the county 40 years and had been a retail clothing salesman for 20 years. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa; and his parents, Maurice and Florence, and two sisters, Linda Bennett and Barbara Bloom, all of San Diego.
