Gloria Annette Palmer Madden, 94, of Ruckersville, Va. passed away April 27, 2021 at her home. She was born on December 12, 1926 to the late Norman Cornwell and Mary Edith Moran Cornwell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Leffley Palmer; brothers, Norman Cornwell, William Lee Cornwell, Charles Emmitt Cornwell, Alfred Delano Cornwell, Donald Mitchell Cornwell; sisters, Mary Rosalie Flowers, Annie Edith French, Betty Lou Willoughby, and Judith Rose Frost.

A funeral service will be at 12:30 pm on Monday, May 3, 2021 at Bethel Baptist Church. Interment will be in Culpeper National Cemetery.
