Bradley James Rasmussen, age 54 of Pequot Lakes, MN (formally Oakdale, MN); passed away April 27th, 2021 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN after a four-month battle with aggressive stage IV pancreatic Cancer. He passed peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and children.

Brad was born May 11th, 1966 in St. Paul, MN to Wayne and Marilyn Rasmussen. He graduated from North St. Paul High School in 1984 where he enjoyed playing football and wrestling. He went on to become a licensed electrician, he spent his years working in the electrical field for Egan Companies until he moved to Pequot Lakes, MN and became a State Contract Electrical Inspector for the last 4 years.

Brad married the love of his life, Jackie on October 28th, 1989 in North St. Paul, MN and went on to have three beautiful children Danielle, Katelyn and James. He was the proudest grandpa in the world to his little punkies, Macie. Brad dedicated his life to his family and helping others. He loved the great outdoors and made his dreams come true when he moved up north. He especially loved hunting with Jimmy, fishing with Katie, and looking for extraterrestrial life forms with Dani. Brad and his wife Jackie had a love that was undeniable, they were inseparable, they did everything together and spent the last six years bringing their dreams to life. Every May for the last 34 years Brad looked forward to his annual fishing trip with the Vermillion Boys. He was a proud patriot and firm believer in his second amendment rights. He worked his life away, but any chance he got was spent with his family and friends around a fire. He was a man of unlimited wisdom, strength and faith. He did not leave this world until he knew his girls would be taken care of by Jimmy, Dalton and Austin, yes it took 3 men to take on that task.
