*She is survived by her children: son, Bill Austin (Ellen) and their children, Mac and Wesley, all of Markham; her son, Laurie Austin (Minota) and their children, Robert and Mary of Riverview, New Brunswick.; and her daughter, Laura (Julien) of France.
*A private family service was held in the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry in Ottawa, Ontario; interment followed in Camp Hill Cemetery in Halifax.
