Grace Jennette was born about 1901 in Cooke Co, Texas to Dr John Green Jennette and Martha Adeline aka Addie Clevenger Jennette. She married Dr Earlie Edgar Elliott on the 20th of July 1940 at Fort Bend Co, Texas by the JP. He passed away 12 Mar 1978 in Houston, Harris Co, Texas and she soon passed after him evidently as she was found 31 July 1978 in a decomposed state. Her cause of death was not known, but it surely was of a broken heart. She was 77 years old at the time.
She was predeceased by her parents, half sisters; Alma Virgil Jennette Robinson Harris, Ellen Jennette Robinson, and Ruth Jennette Burks; and one half brother, John Green Jennette, JR.
