Sharon Howe, 84, of Indianapolis, passed away May 9th, 2021. She was born in Indianapolis, July 24th, 1936, to parents Donald Elder and Jean Mann. She grew up with a loving stepfather, John R. York.

On January 27th, 1956, she married the love of her life, Robert Howe. They shared 57 wonderful years together. Robert passed away March 29th, 2013.

Sharon worked as a bookkeeper for many years, and worked various jobs at several schools before retiring.

She was a valued member of Community Christian Church.

Sharon was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed spending time outside, camping and tending to her yard. Sharon was a loyal cheerleader for all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren's sporting events. She enjoyed crafting in her spare time. Above all, she loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children Linda S. Howe (David Riedlinger), Terry Howe (Linda K.), and Greg Howe; grandchildren Andy Beals, Amber Rush, Damon Clark, Chris Howe, and Michael Howe; great-grandchildren Trent, Trevor, Cooper, Kinley, Conner, Kallen, Addison, and Brooklyn; and her brother Dennis York (Jennette).

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert; and her sister Shirley Evans.
