Cynthia Ann Collins, age 58, of Franklin, Ohio, passed away surrounded by her family on March 28th, 2021. She was born October 23rd, 1962 to the late William and Lula Metcalf in Dayton, Ohio.
She was a dedicated mother who always put her children first. We will remember her for her kind and loving heart, her desire to help others, and being an all-around amazing person.
Cynthia is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Danny Collins; children, Danny (Stephanie) Collins Jr, Elizabeth Collins, Hannah Collins; granddaughter, Alisha Collins; sisters, Joy (David) Rose, Sheila Metcalf, Bonnie Collins, Willa Welch, Bessie (Ralph) Bishop; sister-in-law, Mary Metcalf; brothers, Anthony (Sheila Jean) Metcalf, Chris (Laura) Metcalf, Jeff (Sophie) Metcalf, Charles (Beth) Metcalf, John (Debbie) Metcalf, Vernon (Jan) Metcalf; and many other family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Metcalf; and brothers, Sam Metcalf, Mark Metcalf, Bill Metcalf.
A visitation for friends and family will be held Friday, April 9th, 2021 at Anderson Funeral Home in Franklin, Ohio, from 11:00-1:00. A Celebration of Life service will follow beginning at 1:00. A graveside service will be held at Hillgrove Cemetery, 1002 E Central Ave, Miamisburg, Ohio, at 1:30. The family is hosting a reception following the burial at the Celebration of Life Center at Anderson Funeral Home.
