Walter Buker, 82, of Paris, Ill., a former Stockton resident, died today in an Illinois hospital after suffering a stroke Tuesday. A native of Illinois, Mr. Buker had spent the past eight winters with his daughter, Mrs. Alma Jones of Stockton. He also is survived by two sons, one in Nevada and one in Indiana; and 10 grandchildren.
