Mrs. Carrie Christian Robison, 71, wife of Lyman Robison and daughter of the late Horace and Mrs. Mary Garey, died this morning at 6:15 o'clock at her residence, 1224 B Street after a long illness.

In addition to her husband, the deceased is survived by one son, Lyman C. Robison; a sister, Mrs. Hattie A. Dillard of Old Church, Hanover County, VA and two grandchildren, Joyce E. Robison and Gloria L. Robinson, both of Portsmouth.

Mrs. Robison was a native of Hanover County, VA, but had resided in this section for the past 36 years. She held membership in Park View Baptist Church.

The body was removed to Snellings Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. The site of interment will be announced later.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Christian Robison, 71, who died yesterday morning at her residence 1224 B Street, after a long illness, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at Snellings Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Olive Branch Cemetery.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Carrie Christian Robison, 71, who died Friday morning at her residence 1224 B Street, were held yesterday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Snellings Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Powell, pastor of Park View Baptist Church, officiating. Interment took place in Olive Branch Cemetery. During the services Miss Emily Mann sang "Sometime We'll Understand" and "Face to Face" with Mrs. Claude Smith as accompanist. There was a casket spray of white asters. Other floral offerings were from Gibbs Barber Shop, Woman's Auxillary of the Park View Baptist Church. Follow Workers, Carpenters Local No. 331, Shop Superintendent's Office, Norfolk Navy Yard and Employees of the Yard Boat Shop.

Active pallbearers were L. C. Gordon, Clifford Parrish, Rodger Batchlor, DAllas Kee, Aubrey Jonnson and T. L. Copeland. Honorary pallbearers wee Raymond Schools, H. A. Lilley, J. T. Copeland and R. T. Williams.
