CLARKSVILLE — Opal F. Taylor, 66, of Clarksville died Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at Johnson Regional Medical Center.
Born Oct. 8, 1928, at Adrain, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Dean and Thelma Champlin, and a graduate of Amsterdam High School in Amsterdam, Mo.
Survivors include her husband, Pat Taylor; a son and daughter-in-law, Rusty and Debbie Taylor of Clarksville; a daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Marty Dalton of Clarksville; three brothers, Steve and Dale Champlin of Amsterdam, Mo., and Martin Champlin of Adrian, Mo.; five sisters, Juanita Dyer and Wilma Walley of Amsterdam, Mo., Vena Purkey of Drexel, Mo., Ellen Hartman of Louisburg, Mo., and Patricia Highfield of Adrian, Mo.; four grandchildren, Katy and Randy Taylor, Emmett Dalton and Christina Davis; and two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Samantha Taylor.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Hardwicke Chapel. Burial will be in SHADY GROVE Cemetery by Hardwicke Funeral Service.
Pallbearers include Robert Jordan, Doyle Jordan, Billy Jordan, Dean Wright, Young Soo Chun and Wesley Kendrick.
Visitation will be 6 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
