Diana Boschetti (Brandenburg)

Our sweet and loving Mom, Grandma, Sister and Friend, Diana Jane Brandenburg Boschetti passed away on May 24, 2021 in Orem Utah at the age of 66. She was born to Jessie Jane Gibbons Brandenburg and Ray Everett Brandenburg on January 29, 1955 in Provo Utah.

She grew up in Orem Utah where she enjoyed all things musical including singing, playing piano and violin. Some of her favorite past times were playing pranks with her lifelong best friend Diane Fisher. After graduating from Orem High School she attended Brigham Young University where she met her husband Stanley John Boschetti. They were sealed in the Provo, Utah Temple on April 5, 1974. They had 4 children and 6 grandchildren.

Her grandchildren were her greatest source of joy (she often joked that she liked them better than her own kids). She loved to spoil them with piles of presents and treats. Her grandchildren loved getting pony rides on Grandma's knees.

Diana enjoyed writing poetry, performing in her Friends and Neighbors singing group, spending time with family, and traveling with her sister. She loved her current job where she got to help those with special needs get accommodations for their education at Utah Valley University (UVU). One of her lifelong goals was to finish her college education and in 2020, at the age of 65 she proved that it's never too late and earned her Bachelor's Of Science in Community Health Degree from UVU.

She is survived by her husband Stan, her children Brandon, Jana, Tara, and Justin (Jen), 6 grandchildren Weston, Annelisa, Braden, Kenna, Carter, Harper and her siblings Glen (Jeanne), Brian (Sheila), and Teri. She is preceded in death by her Mother Jessie Jane Gibbons Brandenburg, her Father Ray Everett Brandenburg and her older brother Arlen Dana Brandenburg as well as other extended family members.

While it is so hard for us to say goodbye, we know that her mom and best friend were waiting anxiously to welcome her home. Love you most!

A visitation will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2021, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., at Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 East 800 North, Orem. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, June 2, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at the Aspen 3rd Ward building, 828 West 1600 North, Orem.
